- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through strategic outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Conduct comprehensive account research to uncover business needs and tailor solutions
- Develop and qualify leads through targeted communication and needs assessment
- Coordinate product demonstrations and sales presentations for qualified prospects
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion
- Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems
- Track and report key performance metrics including pipeline generation and conversion rates
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in outbound sales or business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with persuasive abilities
- Strong research and analytical skills for identifying prospect needs
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
