- Execute outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets and performance metrics
- Build rapport with clients while maintaining professional communication standards
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
- Adhere to compliance guidelines and quality assurance protocols
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- 6 months to 1 year call center experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency
- Strong persuasion and customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
