As an Outbound Calling VA, you will be a crucial part of our clients' sales funnels. Your primary mission will be to make proactive outbound calls to warm and cold leads, introduce our clients' products and services, and successfully book qualified appointments for their closing teams. This is a results-driven role where your excellent communication skills and persistence directly translate into success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify and qualify decision-makers within target accounts.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our clients' products and services.
- Book appointments, demos, or discovery calls for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for call volume and appointments set.
- Collaborate with team members to refine scripts and strategies for better conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- At least 6 months of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (neutral or North American accent is a plus).
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection positively.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using computers and common software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office setup with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Willingness to work during US or AUS business hours (night shift) as needed.
