Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to customers with outstanding balances to negotiate payment terms and secure commitments.
- Provide empathetic and professional customer service while navigating complex financial conversations.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, payment agreements, and follow-up activities in the CRM database.
- Analyze customer accounts to identify payment discrepancies and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Adhere strictly to industry compliance, data privacy laws, and company policies regarding debt collection practices.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and performance key metrics (KPIs).
- Collaborate with team leads and QA specialists to continuously improve call quality and collection strategies.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in collections, outbound sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle challenging conversations with resilience, patience, and professional empathy.
- Proficiency in computer navigation, CRM software, and MS Office applications.
- High school graduate or equivalent (College degree or undergraduate level is an advantage).
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, night shifts, and holidays as required.
