- Design, implement, and optimize outbound logistics workflows to maximize efficiency
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with warehouse and delivery partners to ensure operational alignment
- Develop KPI dashboards to monitor performance metrics and drive accountability
- Automate manual processes through engineering solutions and technology integration
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 3+ years experience in logistics operations or process engineering
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and e-commerce fulfillment
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
