In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our outbound operations, ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently, accurately, and on time.
As an Outbound Logistics Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in inventory management, 3PL coordination, and shipment lifecycle tracking to drive operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with warehouse teams, carriers, and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot logistics bottlenecks, optimize shipping routes, and maintain high standards of service. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage the entire outbound shipment lifecycle from order processing to final delivery.
- Coordinate daily operations with 3PL partners to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
- Analyze inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records across multiple locations.
- Track and report on key logistics KPIs, identifying trends and recommending process improvements.
- Execute root-cause analysis for shipping delays or damages and implement effective corrective actions.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including shipping manifests, customs paperwork, and inventory reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline communication and improve supply chain visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outbound logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- In-depth knowledge of 3PL management and international shipping regulations.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
