Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Present company products and services clearly and persuasively to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers through professional and courteous communication.
- Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and data in the CRM database.
- Identify and assess the needs of customers to recommend appropriate solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is an advantage.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Available to work on a Dayshift schedule.
- Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
