Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic market research to identify key decision-makers and high-potential prospects for our upcoming Summits.
- Execute proactive outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media to initiate relationships with C-level executives.
- Maintain and update the internal CRM database with accurate prospect information and interaction history.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights for the sales team.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align research efforts with summit themes and business objectives.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance KPIs related to outreach and lead qualification.
- Prepare comprehensive research briefs for management to support high-level business development strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, research, or a sales-driven role preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with senior management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a natural curiosity for investigating market landscapes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting performance targets.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
