Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Effectively qualify leads and maintain a high volume of daily outbound activity.
- Articulate product or service features and benefits to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong professional relationships with prospects to facilitate long-term business growth.
- Accurately document customer interactions, sales progress, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Handle customer objections professionally and pivot conversations toward successful closures.
- Collaborate with team members and management to refine sales scripts and outreach strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in an outbound sales, telemarketing, or high-volume call center role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to understand client pain points quickly.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM software, and fast typing skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours with a flexible approach to changing sales priorities.
