- Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
- Conduct in-depth prospect research to tailor value propositions and identify pain points
- Collaborate with account executives to develop strategic account penetration plans
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all client interactions and sales activities
- Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize outreach strategies and conversion rates
- Participate in continuous product training to maintain deep expertise in payroll solutions

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2B outbound sales or SaaS sales development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with consultative approach
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret customer needs and competitive landscapes
