- Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective leads in a professional manner.
- Effectively communicate our service value proposition to potential clients.
- Manage and update lead information accurately within our CRM system.
- Overcome objections and rejections with resilience and a positive attitude.
- Maintain daily call logs and meet or exceed established outreach KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition for qualified leads.
- Identify potential opportunities to upsell or expand services to new accounts.

- Proven experience in cold calling, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
