In this role, you will be the engine behind our client acquisition strategy, responsible for conducting high-volume outbound sales activities and nurturing our sales pipeline.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns to generate new business leads.
  • Effectively re-engage with dormant or lapsed clients to rebuild professional relationships.
  • Maintain and nurture a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression.
  • Identify prospective client needs and articulate the value proposition of AS White services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and conversion quotas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the transition from prospect to active client.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales interactions within the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outbound sales, BDR, or SDR role within a call center or professional services environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume daily call activity while maintaining quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections with grace.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
  • Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mindset and a strong desire to hit performance targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing global team.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
