Tanggung Jawab
- Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Effectively re-engage with dormant or lapsed clients to rebuild professional relationships.
- Maintain and nurture a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression.
- Identify prospective client needs and articulate the value proposition of AS White services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and conversion quotas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the transition from prospect to active client.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales interactions within the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outbound sales, BDR, or SDR role within a call center or professional services environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume daily call activity while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections with grace.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mindset and a strong desire to hit performance targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing global team.
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
