Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively reach out to potential leads via cold calling, email, and social selling to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct high-quality discovery calls to understand client pain points and align our tech solutions with their needs.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline within our CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Present compelling product demonstrations that highlight the value proposition and unique benefits of our services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a high-volume call center environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or performance metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during client conversations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern office productivity tools.
  • Resilience and a growth mindset, with the ability to handle objections professionally.
  • Ability to work full-time from our Ortigas office with a high level of motivation and team spirit.
