Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and digital networking.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Articulate value propositions clearly to address specific customer pain points and needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospect contact to final contract negotiation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and sales conversion strategies.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a high-volume call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential clients.
- Strong resilience and a positive attitude toward handling rejection and meeting targets.
- High level of proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to a team environment.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
