- Execute outbound calling campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Identify and qualify potential clients to ensure high-quality sales opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to meet customer needs and overcome objections.
- Negotiate terms of sale and secure commitments from prospective customers.
- Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Accurately record all client interactions and deal statuses in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine pitch strategies and improve conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
