Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and contact potential customers through outbound channels to generate qualified leads
- Present company products/services effectively to match customer needs and drive sales conversions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and pipeline forecasts

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or customer-facing roles
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
