Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to qualify B2B prospects based on predefined criteria
- Coordinate sample send-outs and promotional material distribution
- Work during U.S. business hours (evening/night shifts in PH timezone)
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all prospect interactions
- Collaborate with sales team for seamless lead handover
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and productivity metrics
- Provide customer insights to refine sales strategies
Kualifikasi
