As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our revenue generation strategy by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships. You will work closely with our marketing team to maximize lead conversion rates and ensure customer satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce insurance products and services.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with qualified leads to advance the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients within the CRM system.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our insurance products to potential buyers.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to maximize conversion.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Document all customer interactions and transaction details accurately in the sales system.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related BPO role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.
