Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential customers using provided scripts and outreach sequences.
  • Qualify leads effectively to identify promising opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and pain points.
  • Present and promote company products/services to potential customers, clearly articulating value propositions.
  • Achieve and exceed individual monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and outreach strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a sales or call center role is highly preferred; fresh graduates with a strong drive are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent is a plus).
  • Strong active listening and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
