- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through outbound calling and digital outreach
- Present KLAN 3D's 3D printing solutions to businesses in manufacturing, design, and engineering sectors
- Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term partnership growth
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets through strategic account planning
- Collaborate with technical teams to address client-specific implementation requirements
- Document sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of outbound sales or business development experience
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with technical aptitude
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Results-driven mindset with proven track record of meeting targets
- Excellent communication in English and Filipino
- Resident of Davao City or willingness to relocate
