Tanggung Jawab
- Client Acquisition: Execute outbound sales campaigns to identify and engage potential clients, with a specific focus on US-based Law Enforcement Agencies.
- Lead Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate prospect information, call logs, and deal status to ensure pipeline visibility.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Deal Closing: Negotiate terms, handle objections effectively, and secure contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the target sector to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and product specialists to ensure a cohesive approach to client relationships.
- Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to management, highlighting key wins, challenges, and opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; High school diploma with extensive sales experience will also be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or BPO sales roles.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent suitable for US clients.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with a strong focus on results.
- Availability: Must be willing to work on shifting schedules as required by business needs.
