Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US to pitch products, services, and special client offers.
- Accurately capture and verify customer details, order specifications, and delivery requirements.
- Process sales orders efficiently and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery confirmations.
- Handle incoming inquiries, address customer concerns, and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Build and maintain a positive rapport with clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- Ability to work effectively during the night shift (Night Owl personality encouraged).
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach to sales targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or data entry systems.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to company sales scripts and protocols.
