Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to potential clients in the US and UK markets.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales readiness.
- Present Wing Assistant’s services and product features to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve monthly quotas.
- Document all client interactions and account status accurately in the CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or as an SDR (Sales Development Representative).
- Excellent command of the English language with a neutral accent.
- Strong understanding of US and UK business culture and sales cycles.
- Resilient personality with the ability to handle rejection and meet daily targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
