This is a 100% remote opportunity where you will connect with prospects and drive growth during US Central Time business hours.

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be the voice of Ecube Labs, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals. We are looking for individuals who possess a hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify high-value leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to prospective clients via phone and video conferencing.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline within the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Provide insightful feedback on market trends and competitor activity to leadership.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup during US Central Time (09:00-17:00 CT).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable handling objections in a high-pressure sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy with a high-speed, reliable internet connection for remote work.
