In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and prospective sellers, playing a critical role in our market expansion strategy.
As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will work directly with curated lead lists provided by our Head of Sales. Your mission is to engage prospective partners, articulate the value proposition of partnering with Woolworths Group, and successfully convert leads into active, high-performing accounts. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to reach prospective sellers.
- Effectively communicate value propositions to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Manage and nurture leads from initial contact through to partner activation.
- Utilize provided strategic lead lists to identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to refine outbound strategies and messaging.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions within the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct follow-ups and overcome objections to convert leads into long-term partners.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or B2B lead generation.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- High level of resilience and a 'hunter' mentality to handle rejection and drive results.
- Ability to work full-time in the Ortigas, Metro Manila area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
