Tanggung Jawab
- Initiate high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential business.
- Meet and exceed established daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Maintain and update accurate customer information and interaction history within the CRM system.
- Articulate product value propositions effectively to overcome objections and close sales.
- Collaborate with team leads and managers to refine sales scripts and outreach strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar BPO environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing techniques.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- High school diploma required; a college degree or vocational certification is preferred.
- Amenability to work on-site in Davao City and flexibility to handle shifting or graveyard schedules.
- High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
