Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Develop tailored freight and logistics solutions to meet client transportation needs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and service optimization
- Exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating value propositions and closing deals
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Document sales activities and maintain accurate client data in CRM systems
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in freight, logistics, or B2B services
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated track record of meeting targets
- Excellent communication abilities with proficiency in English and Filipino
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, customs regulations, and supply chain management
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to address client concerns proactively
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
