Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to generate interest and secure new business opportunities.
- Effectively communicate product value propositions to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of lead interactions and sales pipeline activities within the CRM.
- Collaborate with team leads to refine sales pitches and objection-handling techniques.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and nurture professional relationships with leads to ensure long-term conversion potential.
- Participate in ongoing product training and skill-development workshops.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar high-pressure environment.
- Excellent command of the English language with superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a BPO or corporate setting.
- Strong negotiation, active listening, and objection-handling capabilities.
- Must be willing to work the night shift in our Bridgetowne, Quezon City office.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working effectively under minimal supervision.
