Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, coach agents on areas for improvement, and drive productivity.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and scripts to maximize conversion rates.
- Conduct regular team huddles, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to ensure high engagement and morale.
- Manage team schedules, handle escalated calls, and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on team performance, forecasting, and operational health.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work environment that encourages professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably within a BPO or call center environment.
- Proven leadership experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Tagalog.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting sales goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high energy and resilience.
- Relevant certification in Sales Management or Leadership is a plus.
