Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls to US clients to promote products/services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication
- Meet/exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Utilize CRM systems to track interactions and update client information
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective outreach strategies
- Provide detailed product information and address client inquiries
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
