Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 Outbound Sales Representatives, driving performance and professional development.
- Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to convert qualified leads into active marketplace sellers.
- Monitor team KPIs, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets, providing regular coaching and feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to optimize lead generation and sales processes.
- Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and objection handling.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the team.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and data privacy regulations.
Kualifikasi
- At least 3-5 years of experience in outbound sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Experience working in a call centre or high-volume sales environment is highly preferred.
- Highly data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
