Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to present and sell products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations to effectively address their requirements.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and provide effective solutions to close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 6 months of solid experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a related field (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident phone presence.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection resiliently.
  • Basic proficiency with computer applications (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.) and CRM tools.
  • Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
