- Maintain 100% data accuracy across all reference records for US/UK production systems

- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality assurance benchmarks

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with neutral accent
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, data verification, or call center roles

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
