Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and engage with potential clients in assigned territories to identify business opportunities
- Present and sell company products/services through customized solutions demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular field visits and follow-ups
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in outdoor/field sales with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to close complex deals
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Singapore daily
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English with ability to explain technical concepts
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Results-oriented mindset with history of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
