Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the interior design and home renovation sector.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet with potential clients, contractors, and project managers.
- Provide expert consultations on our premium bath and lighting product ranges to meet client requirements.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, follow up on pending leads, and negotiate contract terms to ensure successful closures.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and report weekly sales performance to management.
- Collaborate with the in-house team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge in the industry.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in any field; prior experience in retail or outdoor sales is a plus.
- Self-motivated individual with a proven ability to work independently and hit sales KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- A valid driving license is preferred to facilitate travel to client sites.
- Highly organized, resilient, and persistent in the face of challenging sales cycles.
- Willingness to travel locally within Singapore to meet client requirements.
