In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, driving revenue growth through direct field engagement and strategic relationship management. You will have the opportunity to showcase our premium products to a diverse clientele, including architects, contractors, and retailers.
We offer a comprehensive remuneration package designed to reward your hard work. This includes a competitive base salary of $6,500 to $8,500 per month, complemented by attractive high-performance commissions and bonuses. Furthermore, we provide full fuel and field allowances to support your daily operations, ensuring you are fully equipped to succeed on the road.

Tanggung Jawab
- Visit potential clients and negotiate sales to maximize revenue and achieve monthly targets.
- Present and demonstrate interior materials products to architects, contractors, and retailers.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and update the CRM system regularly.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide professional technical advice and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within construction, interior materials, or the building industry.
- Valid Class 3 or 3B driving license is essential for field travel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel extensively within the region and manage a busy schedule.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
