  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through field-based lead generation and networking.
  • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-up and engagement.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to consistently meet and exceed monthly targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing and hand-over.
  • Handle customer objections with professionalism and provide tailored solutions to address their pain points.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales support team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, prospects, and customer feedback in the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Prior experience in outdoor sales, field sales, or a similar business development role is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales KPIs and performance targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, professional presence.
  • Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and maintain high motivation levels.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a field schedule effectively.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
