- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in construction and automated door segments
- Build and maintain relationships with key contractors, developers, and commercial property managers
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive landscape analysis
- Present technical product demonstrations and solutions to B2B clients
- Prepare customized proposals and negotiate contracts with favorable terms
- Collaborate with technical team to provide client-specific installation solutions
- Track sales performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports
- Represent company at industry trade shows and networking events
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of outdoor sales experience in construction, building materials, or automated systems
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's construction industry and procurement processes
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with technical aptitude
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
