We are currently seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive / Manager to join our growing team in Changi. If you possess excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for driving sales, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will be responsible for representing Hafary’s extensive portfolio of premium building materials, including tiles, marble, wood, and kitchen solutions. You will engage with clients in the East Region, providing expert consultation and closing deals that exceed expectations. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field sales visits to potential and existing clients in the East Region.
- Present and demonstrate Hafary’s product range (tiles, marbles, wood, etc.) to customers.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to secure sales agreements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the construction or interior industry.
- Valid Class 3 or Class 3D Driving License is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and handle travel within the region.
