Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outdoor sales activities in Kapar and surrounding regions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in manufacturing and construction sectors
- Present product solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales agreements to achieve monthly targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate CRM records
- Represent Sunvek Metal at industry events and trade shows
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor sales or business development
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across cultural boundaries
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Knowledge of metal products or industrial solutions preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
