Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction industry
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for formwork and scaffolding solutions
- Present product demonstrations and technical specifications to potential clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate product information and solutions
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics to management
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of formwork and scaffolding products and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Singapore driving license (as this is an outdoor sales role)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
