- Promote and sell freight forwarding services to potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding shipping, customs, and logistics.
- Manage customer accounts and provide comprehensive post-sales support.
- Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate contracts to secure business.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
- Proven experience in outdoor sales or the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations is a plus.
