  • Promote and sell freight forwarding services to potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding shipping, customs, and logistics.
  • Manage customer accounts and provide comprehensive post-sales support.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate contracts to secure business.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
  • Proven experience in outdoor sales or the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations is a plus.
