Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute outdoor sales strategies to acquire new business clients in Penang region
- Conduct face-to-face consultations with prospects to assess financial needs and present fintech solutions
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Prepare detailed sales reports and market analysis for leadership team
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of outdoor sales or field experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field visits
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
