StaffKing Pte Ltd is looking for a results‑driven Outdoor Senior Sales Executive to lead B2B business development for our Bathroom & Kitchen (Class 3) product line. In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, developers, and interior design firms across the East Region of Singapore, driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting, product presentations, and contract negotiations.

You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from identifying new opportunities and preparing tailored proposals to closing deals and ensuring smooth handover to the project teams. Working closely with our marketing and technical support teams, you’ll translate customer requirements into innovative solutions, meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets. This position involves extensive outdoor travel within the East Region, so a valid Class 3 driving licence is essential.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B accounts within the Bathroom & Kitchen (Class 3) segment.
  • Conduct outdoor site visits and meetings with contractors, developers, and designers to present product solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client specifications.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in building materials, bathroom, kitchen, or Class 3 products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with good driving record.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently in an outdoor environment.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is advantageous.
