We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Outfitting Engineer to join our prestigious shipyard team in Lampung. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, integration, and installation coordination of outfitting systems for various marine vessels. You will act as the technical bridge between design conceptualization and shipyard fabrication, ensuring that all outfitting componentsāfrom piping systems and HVAC to deck machinery and interior furnishingsāmeet rigorous maritime safety and quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed outfitting design drawings and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, AVEVA, or Rhino).
- Coordinate the installation of piping, HVAC, deck machinery, and accommodation outfitting components.
- Supervise production teams and contractors to ensure design specifications are strictly followed during the build process.
- Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring compatibility with vessel technical requirements.
- Perform on-site inspections and quality control audits to ensure structural integrity and functional performance.
- Resolve technical challenges arising during the fabrication or installation stages.
- Ensure all engineering outputs comply with Classification Society requirements (e.g., BKI, ABS, LR) and IMO regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Marine Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a shipyard environment with a focus on outfitting.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD design software and shipbuilding management systems.
- Solid understanding of international maritime regulations and classification standards.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to technical detail.
- Fluent in Indonesian and professional proficiency in technical English.
