Join AEM's quality assurance team as an Outgoing QA Technician and play a critical role in maintaining our manufacturing excellence standards. This contract position offers the opportunity to ensure product compliance through meticulous inspections, streamline logistics operations, and maintain accurate documentation in our SAP system. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous inspections of fabricated and standard components to ensure compliance with quality specifications
- Manage incoming logistics coordination including receiving, documenting, and material movement
- Maintain and update SAP inspection records with precise data and documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare detailed inspection reports highlighting non-conformities and recommendations
- Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and industry standards
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in quality control or manufacturing QA
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems for documentation
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection tools and measurement techniques
- Detail-oriented with ability to identify defects and deviations
- Experience with logistics coordination and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards and compliance requirements
