City Garden Hotels is seeking a friendly and professional Outlet Cashier to join our dynamic hospitality team in Makati City. As an Outlet Cashier, you will be the face of our hotel's food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions while delivering exceptional service to our guests.
In this role, you will handle cash, credit, and other payment methods accurately, maintain a balanced cash drawer, and assist guests with billing inquiries. You will collaborate closely with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience. - Process guest transactions accurately and efficiently for food and beverage outlets
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with integrity
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and prepare daily settlement reports
- Greet guests warmly and assist with billing inquiries or charge questions
- Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure order accuracy
- Uphold cash handling policies and procedures at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training is a plus
- Previous cash handling or retail/hospitality experience preferred
- Strong numerical and basic mathematical skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
