Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to ensure high performance and teamwork.
  • Develop and refine Western Fusion menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control food costs to meet budgetary goals.
  • Enforce strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation across all dishes.
  • Collaborate with management to create promotional offers and special events.
  • Stay updated on culinary trends and introduce innovative techniques.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a bistro or fusion cuisine environment.
