Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive brand experience for all guests.
- Efficiently handle order processing, food preparation, and service delivery at the outlet.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards of the outlet according to company guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and manage cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency during peak and off-peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Willing to be placed at any outlet within the JABODETABEK area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly energetic, disciplined, and possess a strong service-oriented attitude.
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industry is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
