Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to all bakery visitors
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist in daily bakery operations including inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all customer-facing areas
- Support product preparation and display to ensure appealing presentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Adhere to food safety protocols and company operational procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or retail environment
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Passion for food service and bakery products preferred
